Description

Local historian Johanna Wickman will sign copies of her new book, "The Life & Character of Preston Plumb." Plumb was a Lt. Colonel with the 11th Kansas Volunteer Cavalry and stationed at what is now Fort Caspar when Caspar Collins died here in 1865. He went on to serve as a US Senator for Kansas.
Admission to the book signing is free, but viewing the exhibits has a small fee.
